My journey in the electrical field began in 1996 at JSE Electric. What started as a college athlete looking for a better paycheck quickly became a lifelong passion. Over the past 23 years, I’ve worked as a residential electrician, finding purpose in transforming blueprints into beautifully lit homes that enhance how families live. I’m honored to be nominated to serve on the NARI Board, as this industry has given me so much. I want to help ensure NARI continues to uplift its members and remain a trusted leader for homeowners. Outside of work, I’m a proud father to a 16-year-old son and enjoy spending time on the golf course—where I find the same discipline, focus, and growth that have guided my career.

Co-Owner and Designer | Feia Construction
As co-owner and designer of Feia Construction, LLC, an award-winning design-build firm for nearly four decades, I’ve been proud to serve and support NARI in many roles over the years. I previously served on the Board of Directors (2013–2015) and as Chair of the Membership Committee, where we launched the popular “After 5” events. I also created and coordinated the first WIN (Women in NARI) events and was honored with the President’s Award for outstanding service. Over the years, I’ve served on numerous committees, judged award programs, and represented our company in the Spring and Fall Shows and the Tour of Homes. As a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler and Universal Design Certified Professional, I’d be honored to share my experience and passion with NARI once again.
Rob McDonald
President and CEO | Excel Custom Decks & Excel Custom Contractors
I’m honored to be nominated for the NARI Milwaukee Board of Directors. I started Excel Custom Contractors in 2000, growing it from a small remodeling company into a full-service firm with 28 employees and two offices in Milwaukee and Madison, specializing in custom decks and outdoor living spaces. I’m passionate about helping young people find rewarding careers in the trades, mentoring through the Youth Apprenticeship program and NARI’s NextGen Trades Committee. Outside of work, I’m a husband, father of four, grandfather of three, and volunteer firefighter active in several nonprofits. If elected, I’ll focus on supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople and helping NARI members grow through education, resources, and community.

Operations Manager | Milestone Plumbing
I am the Operations Manager at Milestone Plumbing. My favorite part of the role is helping clients during times of need and working with individuals who are interested in entering the trades. I have two children, Ady (15) and Kayel (14), and my favorite hobby is working on classic cars. I’m excited about the opportunity to help NARI continue to grow and succeed.
