Join us as we crown this year's Greenhouse Grove winners.  We will award the school with the "best techincal execution" their trophy as well name the "Fan-Favorite" Greenhouse.

The NARI Milwaukee Foundation is debuting its first-ever NextGen Trades Challenge for local students.  This year's themed project is Greenhouse Grove.  A collection of eight greenhouses designed and built by area high school students will be on display in a beautiful landscape created by LandCrafters.

Participating high schools include Franklin, Greendale, Mukwonago, Muskego, Oak Creek, St. Francis, South Milwaukee, and Whitnall.  

Each greenhouse will be judged by a panel of design and construction professionals appointed by the NARI Milwaukee Foundation.  There will be a trophy given to the school with the "best technical execution" as determined by our judges.  There will also be a "fan-favorite" award given out to the school that receives the most votes from the show attendees.

Spark your imagination by visiting beautifully designed biophilic spaces by local interior design students. 
What is Biophilic Design?  Biophilic design is the practice of incorporating nature into indoor spaces to create a calming environment that can improve health, well-being, and productivity.

NARI Milwaukee consistently delivers exhibitors a large, qualified audience of homeowners interested in improving their spaces. The remodeling market is on fire. Tap into this engaged audience and register now!

Interested in being placed in you 2024 Spring Show Booth Space?  Register and Pay in full by November 27th to guarantee your previous location.  After November 27th, Booth Assignments will be First Come, First Served. Booth space will not be assigned until an application and full payment is processed with NARI Milwaukee.

How is a Home Show an Insurance Policy?

Matt Gezsvain of Advanced Window and Door Solutions and current NARI Milwaukee Board member explains how having a booth in the home show can boost your leads, plant seeds with customers, and take advantage of customers who may have met you before and are ready to buy now.

Exhibiting in a home show is one of the fastest, lowest-cost ways to reach a large, qualified audience of buyers who need a home pro like you. See for yourself when you sign up to exhibit in NARI Milwaukee's Spring Home Improvement Show, February 14-16, 2025, at Wisconsin State Fair Park.

  1. Review how many spaces you would like. Each space is 10'x10'. Examples:
    • (1) 10'x10' is 1 space
    • (1) 10'x30' is 3 spaces
    • (1) 10'x10' and (1) 10'x20' is 3 spaces
    • Half of the entire show floor? Let's talk first.
  2. Review the floorplan and envision where you would like to be on the show floor. Corner booths must be at least 10'x20' or larger and will have one corner open. In most cases, 10'x20' booths will not be placed on endcaps.  Endcaps and Islands (booths open on 3 or 4 sides) must be at least 20'x20'.
  3. Interested in being placed in you 2024 Spring Show Booth Space?  Register and Pay in full by November 27th to guarantee your previous location.  After November 27th, Booth Assignments will be First Come, First Served. Exhibitor Move In

  • Tuesday, February 11, 2025: 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm [LargeTruck Move-In Email Jen Murphy to be added to the list to move in]
  • Wednesday, February 12: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm*
  • Thursday, February 13, 2025: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm*  (No Trucks allowed in the building after 12pm)
  • Friday February 14, 2025.h: 8:00 am - 9:00 am  (Hand carry ONLY)

* Exhibitors are welcome to stay inside the hall until 9 PM Wednesday and Thursday to continue setup. Doors for entry into the hall will be locked at 5:00 PM.

Exhibitor Move Out

  • Show is open until 5PM = booth tear down begins at 5PM
  • Sunday move-out hours: 5PM - 10PM
  • Monday move-out hours: 6:30AM - 11:30AM

NOTE: there will be a $200 fee per 30 minutes that items are left in the hall after 11:30AM

Displays: No side rails, walls or counters may exceed 36” in height within the front 5 feet of the booth space. Backgrounds taller than 8 feet in height must have prior approval by NARI Milwaukee and must have a finished back.

Floor Covering: All booths must have some type of flooring in their space that covers their entire contracted space (i.e., carpet, vinyl, tile, etc.). Duct tape is not allowed on any surface in the venue. Carpet tape is acceptable.

Beware of Show Scams

NARI Milwaukee has been made aware by several exhibitors they are receiving scam emails offering attendee lists for purchase.

These are fraudulent emails that have no relationship with NARI Milwaukee.

Please do not contact them for a list, the lists also are not from our show. The lists they refer to typically don't have full or valid contact information.

What can we do? Unfortunately besides sending them a cease and desist, there isn't much NARI Milwaukee can do to stop this type of spam. Please mark these emails as spam and block them.

Here are some tips to help you identify some spam email:

  1. There is no company name, phone number or website listed.
  2. If you see something like this in a body of an email that you cannot click on if it give you're the option to “unsubscribe” or the message is cut off. In this case this is at the bottom of the email. “If you don't want to hear from me again Please unsub”
  3. Review what they are claiming. How would they have a true list of 3,000 attendees that came to a show that hasn't occurred?
  4. Look for spelling or other grammatical errors.
