What was once a tired and run-down 1960s ranch has been completelytransformed into a modern masterpiece, perfect for multi-generational living. The original roof wascompletely replaced, allowing for dramatic vaulted ceilings throughout and a stunning barrel-ceiling entry that creates a grand and welcoming first impression. A brand-new addition houses alight-filled, state-of-the-art kitchen designed for gathering and entertaining. The primary bathroomwas reimagined as a luxurious, barrier-free space forcomfort and accessibility. Downstairs, thefully finished lower level offers a dedicated area for children and grandchildren to relax and play.While every interior detail has been updated, original stone exterior elements were thoughtfullyretained, blending character and modern design. This home was essentially a complete rebuild, withonly the foundation and exterior walls remaining. Although everything else was reconstructedfrom the ground up, the clients were adamant about maintaining a sense of the original style. As aresult, we preserved select design elements to honor the home's character. Functionally, however,it’s an entirely new residence.
