Our clients wanted to finish their basement to offer extra space for their growing family and provide an area to host guests away from the children's bedrooms. Their wish list included an abundance of natural light, ample seating for guests, and a quality TV viewing area. We added three egress windows to allow the sunlight to pour in. The bar boasts an eight foot island that comfortably seats six barstools. You’ll find a cozy reading nook under the stairs and plenty of feature lighting throughout. The renovation also included a full bathroom and home gym. This space is beautiful!
