This Cape Cod home was gutted to the studs, received a major addition, and given a new interior and exterior. The homeowner’s goal was not only to expand the size of the home, but to modernize and functionalize – perfect for a busy, growing family. The addition allowed for a formal master suite; a dinette & mudroom with main level laundry; a lower level with two bedrooms & bathroom and a finished area in the upper level for entertaining. The home was given just the right touch of modern design, that it still captures the charm of a Cape Cod.
