Meet Joe Rocha, a hands-on remodeling professional whose workday blends leadership, logistics, and a deep sense of community. As the owner of Rocha Construction LLC, Joe leads with a people-first mindset, whether he’s strategizing with his team, meeting with clients, or fine-tuning estimates to bring a project vision to life. His mornings often begin at a favorite local restaurant — a go-to gathering place for tradesmen in his hometown — where he connects with project managers over breakfast before heading into the day’s priorities.

From there, Joe dives into jobsite visits, client consultations, and team meetings to ensure everything stays on track. Whether he’s walking a home with a potential client, troubleshooting an issue in the field, or coordinating with subcontractors and architects, Joe’s goal is to keep projects running smoothly and relationships strong. Back at the office, he shifts focus to estimates, vendor communication, and scheduling future jobs—all while staying in close contact with his team to wrap the day with purpose.

Rocha Construction LLC has carved out a unique space in the remodeling world, and it’s not just because of the team’s skill in navigating complex renovations and unexpected surprises in older homes. What truly sets the company apart is Joe's personal commitment to making a difference. A longtime tradesman since the age of 15, Joe is also a preferred provider for the CLTS (Children's Long-Term Support Program) — a service close to his heart.

As a father who once leaned on CLTS for support, Joe now brings a deeply personal understanding to his work with families navigating similar challenges. “It gives me great joy to give back,” he shares. “I can communicate with them on a personal level rather than a professional one.” This empathy, combined with his team’s construction expertise, makes Rocha Construction more than a business — it’s a lifeline for families in need.

Although Rocha Construction is relatively new to NARI Milwaukee, Joe says the impact has been immediate. “The environment NARI has created for networking is second to none,” he says. Events like NARI After 5, the golf outing, the bowling night, and WIN (Women in NARI) have already opened up new opportunities for his team. For Joe, it’s the people behind the programs that make the difference: “Creating relationships with fellow professionals in the trades has been the most impactful on my business.”

Joe doesn’t mince words when offering advice to those just joining the NARI community: “You’ll get out of the NARI organization what you put into it.” He encourages new members to dive in, get involved, and make real connections. “I wish I would have pulled the trigger sooner and applied years ago,” he admits. His message is clear — make NARI a priority, and it will become a powerful asset to your business and professional life.
